"Maybe authenticity is not a destination we arrive at. It might be a lifelong process of gradual uncovering." Totally agreed. I am enjoying this journey, more than I ever thought I'd be. Everyone should try this, maybe once a week, if not once a day, ask the question, who am I, what do I want? Discovering myself is liberating, comforting, and soothing.

Thank you, Marie, for putting this into words and giving us a nudge into the discovery. 💕

I've actually never stopped to ask myself that question, but it seems the universe is at work to get me to think about it. I love discovering more of who I really am without all the masks I wear ❤️

Just listening to your story on audio I realise how difficult a question that is! An excellent question for us to all ask ourselves I think...

I totally agree 💜

This is definitely a powerful essay that makes you think.

I wonder if anyone can truly answer the question, "Who am I?" Maybe we spend a lifetime searching, and maybe that's okay. Perhaps the question isn't about finding one final answer, but about slowly discovering ourselves through the way we live. When do I feel most like myself? What brings me peace? What makes me feel truly alive? What matters to me, even when no one is watching? Maybe that's where our authentic self quietly reveals itself, in the moments when we feel most free to simply be. I don't think it's a question with an answer, only a path we keep walking.

Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️

I think we all come to a stage in our lives where we ask ourselves this questions. For each it happens at a different time of their lives. At least, that's what I believe ❤️
